【Abstract】 Industrial 4 or industrial Internet of things is the two term of industrial automation and control reform. At the moment, everything becomes more intelligent. Data in all stages of the production process are used to improve product quantity, flexibility and productivity. Without smart sensors, this is impossible. Similar to industrial 4.0, sensor development has gone through different stages, eventually evolving into today’s smart sensor or "sensor 4.0". Based on this, the development of sensor technology in the past two centuries is briefly reviewed, with emphasis on the potential of smart sensors and data assessment, and the requirements for future development are discussed. In addition, the main scope of introducing state monitoring into manufacturing processes for smart sensors and data analysis based on our team’s two projects was discussed.更多还原
