444超纯铁素体不锈钢A-TIG焊接头腐蚀性能的研究
Corrosion Resistance Research on A-TIG Welded Joint of 444 Ultra-pure Ferrite Stainless Steel
【摘要】 选用Cr2O3、B2O3、TiO2、SiO2四种常见氧化物活性剂对444超纯铁素体不锈钢进行单组分活性TIG焊,对焊缝进行了电化学腐蚀测试及浸泡腐蚀试验。结果表明,涂覆SiO2的接头自腐蚀电位高,自腐蚀电流密度低,耐腐蚀性能更好。
【Abstract】 The single-component active TIG welding of 444 ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel was performed using four common oxides of Cr2O3, B2O3, TiO2, and SiO2. Electrowelding corrosion tests and soaking tests were performed on the welds. The results show that the SiO2 coated joints have high corrosion potential, low self-corrosion current density, and better corrosion resistance.
