一种高空维护设备的结构设计与分析
Structure Design and Analysis of a High Altitude Maintenance Equipment
【摘要】 为满足复杂高空环境的作业任务需求,借鉴现有起重机械式高空作业车研究进展和经验,在分析基本作业流程的基础上,提出了一种可适用于复杂环境的定制化的高空维护设备设计方案。同时,对其工作原理、总体和各功能模块的结构形式进行详细论证,并基于ANSYS平台,对高空维护设备在最大工作位置和负载情况下进行有限元分析,认为最大变形满足设计规范中的刚度要求。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the task demands of complex high-altitude environment and learn from the research progress and experience of existing hoisting machinery type aerial working vehicle, based on analyzing the basic operation process, a design plan of customized high-altitude maintenance equipment for complex environment is put forward. At the same time, the work principle, the general and the structure of each function module are demonstrated in detail. Based on the ANSYS platform, the finite element analysis is carried out for the high-altitude maintenance equipment under the maximum working position and load condition. It is considered that the maximum deformation meets the stiffness requirements in the design specification.
