嵌入式轨道系统用聚氨酯弹性体的试制
Trial production of polyurethane elastomers for embedded track system
【摘要】 介绍了城市轨道交通用轨道的类型和特点。以聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二胺扩链剂等原料制得了双组分室温固化聚氨酯弹性体,其工艺性能和力学性能等完全满足嵌入式轨道系统的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the types and characteristics of urban rail transit tracks.Two-component room temperature curable polyurethane elastomer was prepared from polyether polyols,diphenylmethane diisocyanate and diamine chain extender,etc.Its technological properties and mechanical properties fully meet the requirements of embedded track system.
