具有生物活性的曼尼希碱的合成研究

【摘要】 本文以苯甲醛、苯乙酮、苯胺为原料,在冰浴条件催化剂为浓盐酸的催化条件下反应生成曼尼希碱的反应。在传统的曼尼希碱合成方法的基础上对反应的催化剂、条件等各项指标进行了改进,力求寻找到最为合理有效的合成方法。利用单因素实验研究催化剂浓盐酸的用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应合成产率的影响。最终结果表明,反应物苯甲醛、苯乙酮、苯胺的物质的量比为1. 2∶1. 2∶1,浓盐酸为催化剂,反应温度10℃,反应时间16 h,反应的最高产率为73. 3%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,benzaldehyde,acetophenone,aniline as raw materials,the conditions of the ice bath catalyst for the reaction of concentrated hydrochloric acid generated Mannich reaction. On the basis of the traditional Mannich base synthesis method,the catalysts,conditions and other indicators of the reaction were improved,and sought to find the green synthesis method that is most reasonable and environmentally friendly. The single factor experiment was used to study the effects of catalyst concentration of hydrochloric acid,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction yield. The final results showed that the molar ratios of benzaldehyde,acetophenone and aniline were 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1. 2. Concentrated hydrochloric acid was used as the catalyst.The reaction temperature was 10 ℃ and the reaction time was 16 h. The highest yield of the reaction was 73. 3%.
