无溶剂,超声波辅助Zn催化炔丙基溴与芳香醛的区域加成反应研究
Solvent-free Regioselective Addition Reactions of Propargyl Bromide to Aromaticaldehyde Compounds Mediated by Zn Underultrasound-irradiated
【摘要】 室温无溶剂,超声波辅助下,金属锌为催化剂,通过芳香醛与炔丙基溴的加成反应有效合成了一系列炔丙基醇化合物。该反应可以高产率得到单一的炔丙基醇化合物而无丙二烯醇化合物的生成。该合成方法具有收率高、反应时间短、区域选择性高、无溶剂及实验过程简单等优点,这将有助于绿色化学的发展。所合成的12个目标化合物通过熔点测定和质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析对其结构进行确证。
【Abstract】 A propargylation of aromaticaldehyde compounds with propargyl bromide has been achieved withreactive zincas catalyst under ultrasound irradiation in the absence of solvent at room temperature. The reaction of aldehydes with propargylbromide produced the unique homopropargyl alcohols in excellent yields at room temperature without theformation of homoallenyl alcohols.The advantages of this method areexcellent yields,short reaction time,highly regioselectivity,avoidance of the use of organic solvents,and experimental simplicity,which will contribute to the progress of green chemistry. The structures of target compounds have been confirmed by IR,~1 H NMR and MS spectra analysis.
