【摘要】 量子点是一种组成稳定、可溶于水的半导体纳米粒子。由于其在生命科学、医学方面的突出表现引起广泛关注。量子点同有机荧光材料相比,具有可控的发射波长,便与研究;发光效率高,一步激发,多种色彩;荧光强度强,持久抗光漂白等优点,是有机荧光材料的理想替代品。本文着重阐述了量子点的广泛应用前景。

【Abstract】 Water-soluble luminescent Cd S quantum dots( QDs) limit of phosphate,L-cysteinesynthesized glycerine aqueous solution. The ligand was found to have a profound influence on the physiological response of CD quantum dots Luminesence metal cation. Polyphosphate-capped quantum dots CD by almost all of the mono sensitive and two divalent cations,no ion selective. On the contrary,thioglycerol-capped quantum dots CD only copper and iron ion sensitive. The concentration of physiologically relevant cations similar,such as zinc,sodium,potassium,calcium and magnesium ions do not affect the luminescence of thioglycerol-capped quantum dots Cd S. On the other hand,quantum dot L-cysteine-capped CD cation of zincion sensitive and insensitive and other physical,such as copper,calcium,and Magnium ions. Show the detection ability of these new ion detector,cysteine and thioglycerol-capped quantum dots were used to detect CD in physiological buffer of zinc and copper ion in the sample. The detection limit is 0. 8 mm zinc( II) and 0. 1 mm of copper( II) ion. Water-soluble Ca Se quantum dots selective ion probes.
