火电厂SCR脱硝系统氨危害防护效果检测与分析
Effect Detection and Analysis of Ammonia Hazard Protection in SCR Denitrification System of Thermal Power Plant
【摘要】 火电厂普遍采用选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝工艺,液氨作脱硝剂以净化处理烟气中的氮氧化物。液氨属于危险化学品,储存、使用过程中存在事故隐患,接触氨可能损害人员健康。通过对某火电厂典型脱硝系统氨危害防护设施调查,对作业人员接触和工作场所氨浓度现场检测,进行氨危害防护设施控制效果评估和氨事故发生隐患分析,提出保护人员健康防止安全事故的建议。
【Abstract】 In the thermal power plants,the SCR denitrification process and using liquid ammonia as denitrifying agent are widely application to purify the nitrogen oxides in the flue-gas.Liquid ammonia belongs to hazardous chemical.It have hidden dangers in the process of storage and use,the workmen exposure to ammonia may damage the health.Through to investigate the ammonia hazard protection facilities for the typical denitrification system in a thermal power plant,and to test the ammonia concentration of the workmen and the workplace,the protective effects of ammonia hazard protection facilities are estimated,and the risks of ammonia-accidents are analyzed,and suggestions for protecting the health of personnel and safety accidents are put forward.
