生姜周年高效栽培因素研究

【摘要】 从栽培措施角度研究了生姜周年高效栽培模式对不同生姜品种、产量和农艺性状的影响。试验结果表明,莱芜大姜周年高效栽培模式比普通栽培模式产量提高60%,莱芜小姜提高40%。地温24℃和在地温24℃下加热层与姜种距离5 cm处理的生姜生长均优于其他间距(15 cm和10 cm)和不同地温,该条件下生姜产量高,且生长量大,生长势强,品质良好,生姜株高、有效叶数、根茎鲜质量、茎粗、分枝数等农艺性状明显增加;周年3茬次栽培的产量最高。周年高效栽培模式对生姜生长的影响主要是为生姜提供适宜的生长因子尤其是地温条件,从而打破生姜自然休眠障碍,提高长势,实现周年生产,且对不同品种增产效应有差异。

【Abstract】 The effect of annual high efficiency cultivation model of ginger on cultivars, yield and agronomic traits of ginger was studied from the viewpoint of cultivation measures. The results showed that the annual high efficiency cultivation model of ’Laiwu big ginger’ and ’Laiwu small ginger’ were 60%and 40% higher than that of the common cultivation model, respectively. The growth of ginger at 24 ℃ and the distance between heating layer and ginger seed 5 cm was better than that of other spacing(15 cm and 10 cm) and different ground temperatures. Under this condition, the ginger showed high yield, large growth quantity, strong growth potentiality and good quality. The agronomic traits of ginger, such as plant height, effective leaf number, fresh weight of rhizome, stem diameter, branch number, were obviously promoted. Annual yield of 3 stubble cultivations treatment was the highest. The effect of annual high efficiency cultivation model on ginger growth mainly provided suitable growth factors, especially ground temperature conditions for ginger, thus breaking the barrier of natural dormancy of ginger, improving growth and realizing annual production. The effects of increasing yield on different cultivars were different.
