不同药剂对加工番茄细菌性斑点病带菌种子处理的影响

【摘要】 为筛选出最佳消毒剂,采用9种药剂对加工番茄细菌性斑点病模拟带菌种子进行消毒,并测定不同药剂处理下种子发芽率、发芽势、芽长、根长和鲜质量。试验结果表明:30%琥胶肥酸铜可湿性粉剂200倍液浸种60 min处理的种子带菌率为3.33%,孢子负荷量为2.72个/粒,种子发芽率为91.11%;1%高锰酸钾溶液浸种20 min处理的种子带菌率为5.12%,孢子负荷量为4.72个/粒,种子发芽率为91.56%。采用上述2种药剂对加工番茄种子进行消毒,能够取得较好的消毒效果,且对种子发芽无影响,推荐在生产上使用。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out the best disinfectant, the simulation processing tomato seeds with bacterial spot disease were disinfected by 9 kinds of medicaments, and germination rate, germination potential, bud length, root length and fresh weight under different medicaments were investigated. The results showed that seeds were presoaked in 30% copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate) wettable powder 200 times for 60 min, whose bacterial bearing rate was 3.33%, the spore-burthened quantity was 2.72 per grain, the germination rate was 91.11%. The seeds were presoaked in 1% KMn O4 for 20 min, whose bacterial bearing rate was 5.12%, the spore-burthened quantity was 4.72 per grain, the germination rate was 91.56%. The seeds of processing tomato were disinfected by the above two medicaments, and good disinfection effects were obtained. In addition, the two medicaments had no influence on germination of seeds, which were recommended to apply for production.
