【摘要】 为探讨剑毛帕厉螨(Stratiolaelaps scimitus)对不同虫龄韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang)的捕食行为和捕食喜好,研究了剑毛帕厉螨对韭蛆1龄、2龄幼虫、卵及蛹的取食量和喜好性。结果显示剑毛帕厉螨对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊4种虫态的捕食喜好性为:1龄幼虫>卵>2龄幼虫>蛹,对蛹完全不捕食。剑毛帕厉螨对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的捕食量随猎物密度的增大而增大,当猎物密度达到每试验小室10~15头时,捕食量增大速率开始变缓。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the predation behavior and selectivity of Stratiolaelaps scimitus on Bradysia odoriphaga of different ages, the study was carried out on the predation amount and preference of Stratiolaelaps scimitus on Bradysia odoriphaga at the stage of 1st and 2nd instar larvae, pupae and eggs. Results showed that the predation preference of Stratiolaelaps scimitus on the four stages of Bradysia odoriphaga was: the 1st instar larvae>eggs>2 nd instar larvae>pupae, and it didn’t eat pupae at all. Predation number of Stratiolaelaps scimitus on Bradysia odoriphaga increased with density of prey, when the density of prey reached 10~15 bradysia odoriphaga per test closet, the increase rate of predation capacity slowed down.更多还原
