【摘要】 目的:观察三皮汤加减治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肺胃热盛型脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予维生素B6、西替利嗪片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药三皮汤口服。治疗前,检测记录患者面部皮损瘙痒、油腻、红斑、鳞屑、渗出、糜烂等临床症状积分。治疗4周后,再次记录检测并记录患者面部皮损瘙痒、油腻、红斑、鳞屑、渗出、糜烂等临床症状积分,随后进行统计分析,作出疗效评价。结果:治疗组临床治愈5例,显效7例、有效13例、无效5例,总有效率83.33%;对照组临床治愈3例、显效5例、有效11例,无效9例,总有效率67.86%。治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:三皮汤治疗肺胃热盛型脂溢性皮炎患者有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the mechanism of the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:The patients with60 cases of lung and stomach’s hotness type seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into the controlled group(Vitamin B6 and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets) and the treatment group(Vitamin B6 and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets and Sanpi Decoction).Before treatment,we recorded the clinical symptoms of itching,fat,erythema,scales,exudate,erosion and other clinical symptoms.After 4 weeks of treatment,the patients were recorded again of the clinical symptoms of itching,fat,erythema,scales,exudate,erosion and other clinical symptoms.Then we did statistical analysis and evaluation of efficacy.Results:In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,7 cases were developed,13 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was83.33%.In the controlled group,3 cases were cured,5 cases were developed,11 were effective,9 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 67.86%.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the controlled group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to use the Sanpi Decoction to treat the patients with the seborrheic dermatitis.更多还原
