【摘要】 目的:论证马海治瘫胶囊治疗脑中风后遗症的作用机理。方法:以步长脑心通胶囊为阳性对照药,通过小鼠急性脑缺血实验、耐缺氧实验、凝血时间实验、耳廓微循环实验,观察马海治瘫胶囊大、中、小剂量组对急性脑缺血小鼠存活时间、脑含水量、耐缺氧时间、凝血时间、耳廓微循环改善的影响作用。结果:马海治瘫胶囊大剂量组显著增加小鼠缺氧存活时间,显著延长小鼠凝血时间,与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异;马海治瘫胶囊大、中、小剂量组均显著扩张小鼠微血管口径,加快血流速度,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:马海治瘫胶囊具有增加小鼠缺氧存活时间、延长凝血时间以及有效改善机体微循环的作用,说明该药主要是通过提高脑中风后遗症患者大脑受损缺氧后的生物耐受性以及改善机体微循环来发挥综合治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Mahai Zhitan Capsule in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy. Methods: Taking Buchang Xintong Capsule as positive control drug,the mice were experimented with acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia tolerance test,clotting time test,auricular microcirculation test,and were treated with Mahai Zhitan Capsule. The effect of Mahai Zhitan Capsule on the survival time,brain water content,resistance time to hypoxia,coagulation time and the improvement of microcirculation in the mice with acute cerebral ischemia. Results: Mahai Zhitan Capsule significantly increased the survival time of hypoxic micecompared with the controlled group; Mahai Zhitan Capsule could significantly expand mouse microvascular diameter,and accelerated their blood flow velocity compared with negative controlled group. Conclusion: Mahai Zhitan Capsule can significantly increase the survival time of hypoxic mice,and effectively improve their microcirculation,indicating that the drug can relieve and treat the stroke sequelae to a certain extent.更多还原
