【摘要】 本文首先详细分析了历代医家对于"土得木而达"注解的不同观点,挖掘了"达"字的源流,认为应从王冰注,训"达"为"通";其次结合对"土疏泄,苍气达"和"疏以达"的训诂与注解,认为"达"不仅可以在"木克土"规律中表述相克(乘)关系,亦可表示肝木疏达之特性;最后,认为"土得木而达"这一关系包含了"木能疏土"与"木旺乘土"的内在医理,"木郁达之"的治疗原则是"达"字的又一引申,"土得木而达"亦与"肝病实脾"、"怒胜思"的预防治疗原则息息相关,以期为进一步研究肝脾疾病和临床用药提供理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 At first,this article analyzes the different viewpoints in past dynasties of"earth being dredged by wood ",then it digs out the origin of the Chinese character"Da",it concludes that WANG Bing’ s point of view is right,which Chinese character"Da"should be translated into"unobstructed"; Secondly,this article combines the annotation of"conveyance and dispersion of earth Qi due to hyperactivity of wood Qi"and "Shuyi Da",it holds that Chinese character "Da"not only can express the meaning of wood restricting( or over-restriction) earth,but also can express the meaning of "the liver controlling dispersion";Finally,this article holds that the relationship of"earth being dredged by wood"is included two principles of medicine: "the liver restricting the spleen"and "the liver over-restricting the spleen "; In addition,the therapeutic principle of "facilitating the stagnant wood"is the extended meaning of"Da",the relationship of"earth being dredged by wood "is also closely related to the therapeutic principle of "treating liver by nourishing spleen"and"anger prevailing over anxiety",which provides theoretical basis for future research on liver and spleen diseases and clinical drug use.更多还原
