【摘要】 目的:观察清热解毒洗剂加减对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将75例肛周脓肿患者随机分为2组,对照组36例,观察组39例,2组患者手术引流后均进行常规抗感染治疗,对照组患者每天采用1∶5000高锰酸钾坐浴20分钟,每日早晚各1次,观察组患者采用清热解毒洗剂对创面进行熏洗及坐浴治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的疼痛程度、水肿程度、创面愈合时间、复发率及形成肛瘘和肛周湿疹的概率。结果:观察组患者明显较对照组患者的疼痛程度及水肿程度低,也显著比对照组患者愈合时间短,复发率低,对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为75.0%与94.9%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒洗剂可以促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合,减缓患者的疼痛,复发率低,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Jiedu Lotion on wound healing after perianal abscess. Methods: 75 cases of perianal abscess were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases in controlled group,39 cases in observation group,2 groups of patients with postoperative drainage were routine anti infection treatment,patients in the controlled group every day by1: 5000 Potassium Permanganate bath 20 min,1 times a day sooner or later,the observation group were treated with Qingre Jiedu Lotion on wound fumigation and bath treatment,compared 2 groups of patients after treatment of pain,edema,wound healing time,relapse rate and anal fistula and perianal eczema probability. Results: The patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the controlled group,patients with pain and edema degree was low,also significantly better than the controlled group patients with shorter healing time,lower recurrence rate,the controlled grloup and the observation group of the total efficiency were 75% and 94. 9% respectively,with significant differences between the 2 groups( P<0. 05). Conclusion: Qingre Jiedu Lotion can promote wound healing after perianal abscess,slow down the pain of patients,the recurrence rate is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
