【摘要】 目的:观察癃闭舒胶囊联合阿奇霉素方案治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年3月~2016年2月在我院泌尿外科就诊的375例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(185例)及B组(190)例,A组单纯给予阿奇霉素治疗,B组给予癃闭舒胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗,观察两组慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者疗效。结果 B组慢性前列腺炎患者治疗后平均症状评分为(9.2±2.9)分、平均每高倍视野EPSWBC个数为(5.3±2.3)个,平均每高倍视野EPS-卵磷脂小体(3+-4+)均明显优于A组慢性前列腺炎患者的检测指标,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:癃闭舒胶囊与阿奇霉素联合用药治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎方案较单纯应用阿奇霉素方案有显著优势,可以在临床推广应用癃闭舒胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Longbishu capsule combined with azithromycin in treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods A total of 375 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis treated in Department of Urology in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into A group(185 cases) and B group(190 cases) according to the random number table method. Cases,A group was treated with azithromycin alone,B group was given Aizhu Shu capsule combined with azithromycin treatment,the curative effect of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis was observed in two groups.Results The average symptom scores of patients with chronic prostatitis in group B after treatment were(9. 2 ± 2. 9) points,the average number of EPS-WBC per high power field was(5. 3 ± 2. 3),The average per high power field EPS-lecithin body(3 +-4 +) were significantly better than those in group A chronic prostatitis,the difference was significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of Longbishu capsule combined with azithromycin treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis program is better than the simple application azithromycin program,it has a significant advantage,In clinical work,Longbishucapsule should be applied to the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.更多还原
