基于DNA损伤反应基因的肿瘤放射治疗剂量分割模式的研究进展
Research Progress of Radiation Dose Fractionation Models Based on DNA Damage Response Genes
【摘要】 放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。放射诱导肿瘤细胞DNA损伤与DNA损伤反应/修复基因表达、放射方式和剂量有关。鉴于DNA损伤反应/修复基因表达谱对放射效应的作用和影响,探索新的肿瘤放射治疗剂量分割模式对改善放射抗拒肿瘤的放射效果具有重要的临床意义。本文就基于DNA损伤反应基因表达谱的肿瘤放射剂量分割模式的研究进展进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Radiotherapy is one of the most important ways to treat malignant tumors. Radiation induced DNA damage in tumor cells is related to DNA damage response/repair gene expression,radiation pattern and radiation dose for DNA damage response( DDR) genes. In view of the effect and influence of DDR genes expression profile on radiation effect,it is of great clinical significance to explore new radiation dose fractionation models,especially for tumors with radiation resistance. This paper reviews the research progress of radiation dose fractionation models based on DDR genes expression profile.
