【摘要】 目的探讨高氧液疗法联合厄贝沙坦对高血压合并2型糖尿病微血管病变的预防作用。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年2月收治的200例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者作为本次的研究对象并随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者在使用厄贝沙坦的基础上加以高氧液治疗,在治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗结束后1月测定两组患者的FPG、Hb A1c、2hPG;用放射免疫法测定患者用药前后UAER变化。结果两组患者经治疗后血糖指标均有不同程度改善,但两组组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0. 05)。两组患者治疗前UAER水平无明显差别,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0. 05),治疗结束时、治疗结束后1月后观察组患者UAER水平的下降速度显著高于对照组,且趋于稳定,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论高氧液疗法联合厄贝沙坦用于高血压合并2型糖尿病有利于降低患者尿蛋白排泄率,对微血管病变起到积极的预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the preventive effect of hyperoxia liquid therapy combined with irbesartan on hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetic microangiopathy.Methods From January 2016 to February 2017,200 patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan,while the patients in the observation group received hyperoxia solution on the basis of irbesartan.FPG,Hb A1 c,and 2 hPG was measured before,at the end of treatment and 1 month after treatment; The changes of UAER were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment.Results The blood glucose indexes of the two groups were improved to some extent after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P>0. 05).There was no significant difference in UAER level between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant( P>0. 05).At the end of treatment,the decreasing rate of UAER in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group one month after treatment,and tended to be stable. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P<0. 05).Conclusion Hyperoxia combined with irbesartan is beneficial to decrease urinary protein excretion rate in patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes and play an active role in preventing microvascular disease.更多还原
