【摘要】 目的调查2型糖尿病合并糖尿病痛苦的患者生存质量,探讨糖尿病痛苦对患者生存质量的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)和糖尿病生命质量特异性量表(DSQL)对某三级甲等医院的200例2型DM患者进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷194份。结果 194例患者中,53. 61%(104/194)的患者有糖尿病痛苦;合并糖尿病痛苦的2型糖尿病患者生存质量总分为(59. 31±10. 93),无糖尿病痛苦的2型糖尿病患者生活质量总分为(52. 22±11. 25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-4. 442,P=0. 000)。糖尿病痛苦与生活质量总分呈正相关(r=0. 382,P=0. 000)。结论 2型糖尿病患者56. 3%存在糖尿病痛苦,糖尿病痛苦导致2型糖尿病患者的生存质量下降,医护人员重视并关注2型糖尿病患者的心理健康,降低糖尿病痛苦水平,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the quality of life in the patients with Type 2 Diabetes and explore the influence of diabetes distress on the patients’ quality of life.Methods A total of 200 patients with Type 2 Diabetes were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,the Diabetes Distress scale( DDS) and Diabetes specific quality of life scale( DSQL) in one a Class III Grade I hospital,and totally194 questionnaires were retrieved.Results There are 53. 61%( 104/194) patients with diabetes distress.The score of quality of life based on DSQL were( 59. 31± 10. 93) and( 52. 22± 11. 25) in the patients with and without diabetes distress,respectively.And there was significant difference in two groups( t =-4. 442,P = 0. 000).There was a positive correlation between diabetes distress and patients’ quality of life( r = 0. 382,P = 0. 000).Conclusion Diabetes Distress was prevalence in the patients with Type 2 Diabetes,and Diabetes Distress could reduce the patients’ quality of life.Medical workers should pay more attention to the mental health of patients with Type 2 Diabetes,reduce diabetes distress and improve the patients’ quality of life of patients.更多还原
