坪上泉域鱼类种群结构及生物多样性分析

【摘要】 2016年6月25日—6月30日和9月24日—9月29日调查了坪上泉域鱼类的组成和群落结构。调查期间,用电捕和地笼共采集到1 413尾鱼,计7 911.1g。这些鱼类有19种,隶属4目6科,鲤科鱼类最多,有10种,占总种数的53%;优势种有4种,为达里湖高原鳅Triplophysa dalaica、拉氏鱥Phoxinus lagowskii、鲫Carassius auratus、泥鳅Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,占渔获物总个体数的79.69%,总生物量的88.02%;渔获物数据分析表明,该泉域鱼类分为滹沱河和清水河两个种群。相对重要性指数(IRI)分析表明,滹沱河上的优势种鱼类有达里湖高原鳅、拉氏鱥、泥鳅、鲫;清水河上的优势种鱼类为达里湖高原鳅和拉氏鱥。多样性指数(H)和丰富度指数(R)分析结果表明,滹沱河泉域的鱼类种群组成丰富,多样性水平较高;而清水河泉域的物种组成单一,多样性水平低。均匀度指数(J’)分析表明,滹沱河上鱼类组成结构稳定,分布均匀;清水河上鱼类组成结构简单,分布不平衡。

【Abstract】 The fish species composition and community structure were studied in the Pingshang Spring Field in June 25-30 and September 24-29 of 2016. A total of 1 413 samples, 7 911.1 g,19 species belonging to 6 families and 4 orders were identified, the predominant species being in family Cyprinidae, 10 species, accounting for 53% of the total species collected. There were 4 dominant species identified, including Triplophysa dalaica, fat minnow Phoxinus lagowskii, crucian carp Carassius auratus, and loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, accounting for 79.69% of the total species and 88.02% of the total biomass. There were two egional populations,Hutuo river population and Qingshui river population in the Pingshang Spring Field. The relative importance index(IRI)analysis indicated that Triplophysa dalaica, fat minnow, crucian carp and loach were the fish dominant species in the Hutuo River, and Triplophysa dalaica, and fat minnow were the dominant fish species in the Qingshui River. The analysis of diversity index(H’)and abundance index(R)revealed that there were rich in fish stocks and high level of diversity in the Hutuo river, while the single species composition and low diversity were observed in Qingshui river. The evenness index(J’)analysis showed that the fish composition was stable and distributed evenly in Hutuo river, and that the composition of fish in Qingshui river was simple and the distribution was not balanced.
