【Abstract】 Emoji,as a kind of special"symbol",has caused a great global fever after being applied in social platform. Along with mounting number,emoji becomes more and more involved in human daily communication,including foreign affairs and human right. Some foreign linguists even propose a hypothesis that emoji may become a new language,replacing our traditional textual language and characters. This article,from the prospective of Lotman’s semiotics,will focus on the research of emoji features and its inner merits compared with existing languages and reasons why it cannot become a new language.更多还原
