【摘要】 本文通过实验考察了教育干预对提高新手二语教师教学监控能力的作用。实验采用自我指向型和任务指向型干预方法,对实验组10名新手教师进行了教育干预,然后给实验组和对照组被试观看同样的二语课堂教学录像,要求其对录像中的生词讲解、语法教学、课文讲解、课堂活动、教师语言、教师课堂提问等六个监控要素做出评价。结果显示在涉及监控要素、原因解释和解决方法等各个方面,实验组成绩显著高于对照组,这表明自我指向型和任务指向型等教育干预能够显著提高新手二语教师的教学监控能力,对其语言讲解、教学语言和课堂教学行为的提升作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigates the role of educational interventions in enhancing novice second language teachers’ monitoring ability. The experiment used the self-oriented and the task-oriented interventions to intervene in the teaching of 10 novice teachers. Then the subjects in both the experimental group and the control group watched the same second language classroom teaching video,and evaluated the 6 monitoring elements: explaining new words,teaching grammars,explaining texts,teaching activities,teaching language and classroom questioning in the video. It was found that the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group in the aspects of the monitoring elements,explaining reasons and finding solutions.This finding shows that the self-oriented and the task-oriented educational interventions can significantly improve the novice second language teachers’ monitoring ability and obviously enhance their language explaining,teaching language and teaching behaviors.更多还原
