梯度遗传算法对一类非平滑优化问题的应用
The Application of Gradient Genetic Algorithm for a Class of Non-smooth Optimal Control Problem
【摘要】 提出一种求解非平滑优化问题的计算方法,通过引入约束将非平滑的优化问题转化为平滑的优化问题,以便使用梯度遗传算法(GGA)求解,充分利用遗传算法的自由性来找到一个初始最优解,并通过梯度算法进行快速的改进,最后,通过一个计算实例验证了结论.
【Abstract】 This paper presents a computational approach for solving non-linear dynamic optimization problems in which the objective function is a discontinuous function.We transform the non-linear dynamic optimization problem into an optimization problem with smooth objective function by introducing constraints so that it can be solved with gradient genetic algorithm(GGA).This paper makes full use of the freedom provided by genetic algorithm(GA)to find an initial guess,and improves the value via the gradient-based method.Finally,we conclude this paper with a numerical example.
