绿色荧光粉Li4-3xSmx(WO42微晶的制备及发光性能

【摘要】 采用固相法制备Li4-3xSmx(WO42系列绿色荧光粉.通过SEM、XRD和FL对所得粉体形貌、结构和发光性能进行表征分析,考察了Sm3+含量对样品的形貌和发光性能的影响.结果显示:所有Li4-3xSmx(WO42微晶样品均为四方晶系、白钨矿结构,该荧光粉可被蓝光(450 nm)有效激发,最强发射波长位于568 nm,获得高亮度绿光.随着x的增大,样品中Sm3+的568和664 nm两个特征发射峰的强度先增大后减小,当x=0.4时达到最大.

【Abstract】 Li4-3xSmx(WO42 microcrystallines were synthesized by solid-statel method. The crystal structure,surface morphology and room temperature photoluminescence properties of the microcrystallines were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron micrograph(SEM),and fluorescence analysis(FL),respectively. The effects of doping concentration of Sm3 +ions on the morphology and luminescence properties of Li4-3xSmx(WO42 were investigated. Results indicate that the obtained Li4-3xSmx(WO42 microcrystallines were all typical scheelite structure with tetragonal symmetry. These phosphors could be effectively excited by blue(450 nm) light,emitting the maxium line at 568 nm with pure green light. The emission intensity of the two characteristic emission peaks of Sm3 +ion(located at 568 and 664 nm) initially increased,reached the maximum at 0. 4,and then decreased with the increasing x.
