基于网络文本的花海旅游地游客凝视研究——以婺源县为例

【摘要】 以婺源花海旅游地为例,通过蚂蜂窝、携程等有影响力的旅游网络平台收集游客在当地旅游体验的相关文本,采用ROST Content Minting(内容挖掘软件)提取高频词汇进行语义网络分析,借助内容分析法和编码理论,对花海旅游地游客凝视的内容和情感态度进行分析。结果表明:游客在花海旅游地的凝视核心是围绕着花海景观以及与其搭配的地标景观展开的,其时空凝视、构景凝视和服务凝视也起到了辅助作用;同时,游客在凝视过程中的情感态度判定较为积极,整体感知评价较高,但也存在阻碍游客凝视目标实现的一些消极因素。

【Abstract】 This paper takes flowers tourism destination of Wuyuan as an example,and collects travel notes from two influential online travel platforms(Mafengwo and Ctrip). Using ROST Content Minting(content mining software) to extract high-frequency words and generate a semantic network graph,this paper explores people’s contents of gaze and emotional attitudes through content analysis method and coding theory. The results show that tourists’ gaze there was centered around the flowers and its landmark landscape while its spatial and temporal gaze,construction gaze and service gaze played an auxiliary role. In the mean time,the emotional attitude of the tourists in the process of gazing is more positive and the overall perception is high whereas there were also some negative factors that hinder the tourists from staring at the target.
