【摘要】 随着我国旅游业的迅速发展,以及旅游者个性化消费的不断加强,人们对于吃的追求也催生了"美食旅游"这一新兴的旅游形式,并成为研究热点。但目前国内外对于美食旅游的研究还存在概念泛化等问题,亟须对美食旅游的相关研究做系统梳理。文章通过文献综述的方法梳理美食与旅游的关系,在此基础上研究了美食旅游动机,最后梳理出美食旅游的相关概念,并据此对国内的美食旅游提出相应的建议:一是发展具有中国特色的饮食文化旅游,二是丰富美食旅游的开展形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry as well as the increasing consumption of tourists,people’s pursuit of food gives rise to a new tourism form: food tourism. At the same time,more and more scholars attached much more attention to the food tourism. However,there are still some problems in the study of food tourism at home and abroad,so it is necessary to sort out the related research on it. This paper studied the relationship between food and tourism through the method of literature review. On this basis,it researched the motives of food tourism,and finally combs the related concepts of food tourism. Finally,the article provides some suggestions for follow-up research direction of for food tourism.更多还原
