异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食功能反应

【摘要】 【目的】通过测定异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食功能反应,为异色瓢虫资源利用提供理论依据。【方法】通过测定各龄异色瓢虫在不同枫杨刻蚜密度下的捕食量,采用HollongⅡ圆盘方程和HollingⅢ新模型方程评价在不同枫杨刻蚜密度下异色瓢虫捕食能力的大小。【结果】异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食能力表现为异色瓢虫成虫> 4龄幼虫> 3龄幼虫>2龄幼虫>1龄幼虫。异色瓢虫成虫的捕食功能反应a’/Th值高达568.57,4龄的a’/Th值为539.84,3龄的a’/Th值为292.12,2龄的a’/Th值为101.63,1龄的a’/Th值为19.70;4龄幼虫对枫杨刻蚜的最佳寻找密度最大,达到93.48头,其后依次为成虫> 3龄幼虫> 2龄幼虫>1龄幼虫。【结论】异色瓢虫4龄幼虫与成虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食能力较强;异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的寻找效应随枫杨刻蚜密度的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 This study aimed to record and analyze the predation response of Harmonia axyridis against Kurisakia onigurumi to provide a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of the ladybird beetle.【Method】Predation numbers at different prey densities were measuredfor the Harmonia Axyridis in each instar. And the predation ability of the Harmonia axyridis in different densities of Kurisakia onigurumi was evaluated with the Hollong II and Holling III models.【Result】T he results showed that the predation ability of ladybirds against aphids, as well as the instantaneous attack rate(a’/Th)of Harmonia axyridis to Kurisakia onigurumi increased with the increase of the instar: 1 instar 19.70,2 instar 101.63, 3 instar 292.12, 4 instar 539.84, adult 568.57. The 4 instar larvae had the highest best seeking density(93.48) followed by adults, 3 instar, 2 instar and 1 instar. 【Conclusion】The 4 instar lar vae and adults showed the strongest predation abilities against Kurisakia onigurumi and the search effect to the Kurisakia onigurumi was decreased with the increase of the prey density.
