TiO2-Fe3O4复合催化剂对乳酸左氧氟沙星的光解研究

【摘要】 针对抗生素的污染问题,采用磁性Fe3O4为核心制备新型纳米光催化复合材料,以乳酸左氧氟沙星为目标抗生素,与纯Ti O2条件下光催化降解进行对比。结果表明,在p H为1011、温度100℃、相同体积的0.5 mol/L的Fe SO4与Fe Cl3溶液制备的复合催化剂降解效果明显,质量浓度分别为10、100 mg/L的LVF溶液Ti O2适宜用量分别为0.05、10 g/L。Fe3O4在反应过程中发挥了重要作用。该复合催化剂还具备多次回收利用、无污染等优势,可为医用及兽用抗生素的有效后处理提供参考。

【Abstract】 Aimed at antibiotic pollution problems,new type nano photocatalytic composite materials was prepared with magnetic Fe3O4as a core.Levofloxacin lactate as the target antibiotic was compared with photocatalytic degradation under pure Ti O2condition.The result showed that,the degradation effect by composite catalytic material prepared with p H of 1011,temperature of 100℃and same volume with concentration of 0.5 mol/L Fe SO4and Fe Cl3solution was apparent,and when mass concentration of LVF was 10 and 100 mg/L,the suitable dosage of Ti O2was 0.05 and 10 g/L respectively.Fe3O4played a important role in the reaction process.The composite catalyst had many advantages such as recyclable and non-pollution,and it also provided a foundation for the effective post-processing of medical and veterinary antibiotics.
