Wheat is an important food crop in the world, its rich genetic variation is crucial to wheat improvement. Eightyfour SSR primers distributed on A, B, D genome were used to build DNA fingerprinting database and genetic diversity analysis in 119 samples of main wheat cultivars in Huanghuai region.
