From the perspective of supply-side structural reform of talents cultivation, this paper explores the cultivating mode of economic applied talents in local universities and colleges in consideration of the characteristics and existing problems of present cultivating pattern. On this basis, we put forward suggestions for innovating talents cultivating pattern.
