均相Fenton法氧化降解处理印染废水的工艺优化

【摘要】 采用均相Fenton法处理印染废水,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、溶液pH及Fe2+/H2O2浓度比等因素对处理效果的影响,分析印氧化降解前后印染废水溶液紫外-可见光谱曲线和COD值的变化情况来确定Fenton法处理印染废水的最佳工艺条件。根据实验结果得知,最佳反应条件为:反应温度为室温,反应时间为30~40min,溶液pH为3~5,而Fe2+/H2O2浓度比为1∶5~1∶10。

【Abstract】 Homogeneous Fenton reagent method was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, pH and molar concentration ratio of Fe2+ and H2 O2 on the treatment efficiency were investigated. By analyzing the change of UV-Vis Spectrum and COD value of printing and dyeing wastewater before and after oxidation degradation, the optimal reaction conditions of Fenton reagent method to printing and dyeing wastewater were determined. According to the experimental results, the optimal reaction parameters were as follows: reaction temperature was room temperature, reaction time was 30~40 min, pH was 3~5, and the molar concentration ratio of Fe2+ and H2 O2 was 1 ∶ 5~1 ∶ 10.
