【摘要】 饮食在人类生活中的地位是十分重要的,无论粮食还是肉食都是人类生存的必需之物。中国传统的农业社会特征决定了人们的饮食结构应该以农业粮食作物为主食,作为百科全书式的《诗经》真切地记载了黍、稷、菽、麦、麻、稻等粮食作物。同时《诗经》里所写到的动物有90多种,故可为肉食者也很多,而以牛、羊、猪最为重要。透过《诗经》中的粮食和肉食描写可以看到当时人的饮食生活仍然呈现简单的特征和等级性的差异,从人类对动植物的认识和利用情况更可窥视出当时各阶层人们的饮食结构、饮食风尚乃至饮食科学水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food, including both grain and meat, occupies an important position in human life. The agricultural characteristics of traditional Chinese society determined the main food in China was grain, and like an encyclopedia The Book of Songs records different kinds of grain like broomcorn millet, proso millet, beans, wheat, hemp and rice. It also covers above 90 kinds of animals, many of which are edible, especially cattle, sheep, and swine.
