【摘要】 区块链是在记账技术与信息技术的推动下,在提升组织间协作效率与构建数字社会的需求牵引下,产生的以"信任自建立""共享开放""高度自治"为主要技术特点的数字技术。区块链发展有三个阶段:数字货币、智能合约以及社会治理,有望最终成为构建未来数字社会信息基础设施的关键技术。区块链技术具有广阔的发展潜力,对社会关系、数字社会的构建都将产生巨大的影响。但目前区块链技术仍处于初级阶段,技术本身发展不成熟。构建怎样的政策环境与技术管理体系,推动区块链技术与相关应用的和谐发展也是需要面对的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by the accounting technology and information technology and due to the need to improve the efficiency of collaboration among organizations and build a digital society, blockchain has been created as a digital technology featuring "trust selfestablishment", "sharing and opening" and "high degree of autonomy". Its development has three phases: digital currency, smart contracts, and social governance. It is expected to eventually become the key technology for building the information infrastructure of the future digital society. The blockchain technology has broad development potential and will have a huge impact on social relations and the establishment of a digital society. However, blockchain is still in its infancy, and the technology itself is immature. Other challenges include building a proper policy environment and technology management system and promoting the harmonious development of the blockchain technology and related applications.更多还原
