【Abstract】 To promote the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside, we must implement the basic principles proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping and take the road of urban-rural integrated development, the road of common prosperity, the road of rejuvenating agriculture through high qualty, the road of rural green development, the road of the prosperity of rural culture, the road of good governance in the rural areas, and the road of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics. These roads are suited to China’s national conditions and have Chinese characteristics. For the rejuvenation of the countryside, we should strengthen the institutional supply in terms of the land system, investment and financing, personnel training, urban and rural household registration and social system, and activate the market players, production factors and the market. In the meantime, we should also properly handle the relationship between the government and the market, between economic development and social undertakings, between small-scale rural households and new business operators as well as between rural reform and urban reform, and truly promote the overall rejuvenation of the rural areas.更多还原
