基于随机前沿的工业行业节水潜力分析与探讨
Analysis of Water-Saving Potential in Industrial Sectors Based on Stochastic Frontier Production Function
【摘要】 采用超越对数随机前沿分析(SFA)面板数据模型,测算了河南省工业行业水资源效率和全省38个工业分行业的节水潜力。结果表明:河南省现状工业水资源效率为0.695,工业分行业节水潜力总和为8.55亿m~3;河南省工业分行业的节水潜力分布呈现高度聚集特征,12个高潜力工业分行业潜力之和占全省38个分行业潜力总和的92%。面向管理需求,通过模型实证探讨了基于随机前沿的区域工业行业节水潜力分析存在的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper applied trans-log stochastic frontier analysis( SFA) based panel data model to estimate the water resources efficiency of the industrial sectors and water-saving potential of total 38 industrial sectors in Henan. The results indicate that the current efficiency of industrial water resources is 0.695 and gross water-saving potential of industrial sectors is 855 million m~3; the water-saving potential is relatively high in 12 industrial sectors,which accounts for 92% of the gross water-saving potential of all the 38 industrial sectors in Henan. Based on case analysis,it explored the problems in analysis of industrial sectors water-saving potential based on SFA.
