基于BP神经网络的智能制造能力评价研究

【摘要】 智能制造已成为新一轮工业革命的主攻方向和全球制造业竞争战略的制高点。本文以我国23个主要省市的智能制造能力为研究对象,利用因子分析构建了一种智能制造能力评价指标体系,运用Matlab建立了其BP神经网络模型,并对20个评价指标的23组样本数据进行分析,从而得到我国23个省市的智能制造能力评价值,为把握我国各省市智能制造发展水平,探究影响智能制造能力的有效提升提供依据。

【Abstract】 Intelligent manufacturing has become the primary developing direction for the new generation of industrial revolution and commanding height of the global manufacturing competition. Took the intelligent manufacturing capabilities of 23 major provinces as the research object, an index system for intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation was been constructed based on the factor analysis method. A BP neural network model was build by using the software Matlab for the index system. The data was analyzed to obtain the evaluation value of intelligent manufacturing capacity in 23 provinces in China, which provides a basis for grasp the level of intelligent manufacturing development in various provinces and cities in China and exploring the factors that affect the effective improvement of intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
