硅烷修饰二氧化硅微球的制备及其摩擦性能
Preparation and Tribological Properties of Organic-Inorganic Silica Microspheres
【摘要】 根据St9ber法制备5种不同粒径的有机-无机二氧化硅微球;采用扫描电子显微镜对微球的表面形貌进行表征分析;在四球摩擦磨损实验机上考察微球作为添加剂对润滑油摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜分析试验钢球磨斑的表面形貌,利用能谱仪检测磨斑表面化学元素的组成,并讨论有机-无机二氧化硅微球的减摩抗磨机制。结果表明,在一定添加范围内,纳米级别的二氧化硅微球可以改善润滑油的摩擦磨损性能。有机-无机二氧化硅微球在钢球表面起填埋和抛光作用,有效地抑制了摩擦表面的黏着磨损和接触疲劳。
【Abstract】 Organic-inorganic silica microspheres with five kinds of diameters were prepared based on stber method.The surface morphology of the microspheres was characterized by SEM.The effect of the microspheres as additive on the tribological properties of the lubricating oil was investigated by a four-ball tester,and the surface morphology of the steel ball was analyzed by SEM.The chemical states of the typical elements on wear scar of steel ball were analyzed by EDS,and the mechanism of anti-wear and friction reducing of organic-inorganic silica microspheres was discussed.The results show that nano-sized silica microspheres can improve the friction and wear properties of lubricating oil within a certain range.Organic-inorganic silica microspheres act as landfills and polishes on the surface of steel balls,which has effectively inhibited the adhesive wear and contact fatigue of the friction surface.
