基于多相流的综合磨损实验台数据采集技术研究与实现

【摘要】 针对开展海洋装备腐蚀等多种磨损综合效应研究的需要,设计一种基于多相流的综合磨损实验台,并研究该实验台的数据采集系统,系统由上位计算机系统、单片机测控系统、电化学腐蚀测试系统、RS232总线和传感器系统组成,实现了实验数据自动采集及处理、参数的特性曲线绘制等功能。通过对Q235、45#钢、304不锈钢等试件开展综合磨损实验,对设备的6种主要状态参数进行实时测量。结果表明:所研究的数据采集系统能方便地调节实验参数并能实时采集保存数据,直观显示并监测实验状态,发生故障及时报警,有效地提高了综合磨损实验台数据采集的实时性、准确性和可靠性,为类似实验系统的状态参数监测提供了一种新的手段。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the need of the study on the comprehensive effect of marine equipment corrosion,a comprehensive wear test table was designed based on multiphase flow. The data collecting system of the test table was developed. The data collecting system includes upper computer system,SCM Measurement and control system,electrochemical corrosion testing system,RS232 and sensor system,which can realize the automatic data acquisition and processing and the characteristic curve drawing. The comprehensive wear test was done on the Q235,45 steel and 304 stainless steel specimens,and the six main state parameters were measured real-time. Results show that the data collecting system can adjust experimental parameters,collect and save data easily. The experimental state can be displayed and monitored intuitively by this system,and the failure can be reported immediately. This system improves the real-time,accuracy and reliability of the data collecting of comprehensive wear test table effectively,which provides a new method for monitoring the state parameters of similar experimental system.
