Na-X分子筛对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附性能研究
Study on Adsorption Properties of Cu(Ⅱ) on Na-X Zeolite
【摘要】 在不同的初始浓度(C0=30 mg/L、50 mg/L、100 mg/L和200 mg/L),溶液pH(2.12~8.19)、反应时间(10min、20 min、30 min、50 min、70 min、90 min、120 min)下,研究绿泥石为原料制备的Na-X分子筛对水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附行为。结论:在温度为298 K、初始Cu2+溶液体积为50 m L,浓度为100 mg/L时,Na-X分子筛的最佳投加量为40 mg;此外,随着初始温度从298 K提高到318 K,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附能力从125.471 mg/g增加到151.745 mg/g,并且吸附容量随着铜离子初始浓度的增加而增加。本试验结果表明Na-X分子筛可以有效去除含Cu(Ⅱ)的重金属废水;将Langmuir与Freundlich吸附模型进行数据对比,Langmuir模型拟合性很好;另外伪二级动力学能够很好描述分子筛处理含铜废水过程。
【Abstract】 Adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) in Aqueous Solution by Na-X Zeolite was investigated under different initial concentration(C0= 30 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L and 200 mg/L),solution pH(2. 12-8. 19),and reaction time(10 min,20 min,30 min,50 min,70 min,90 min and 120 min). In conclusion:when the temperature is 298 K,the initial Cu(Ⅱ) solution volum is 100 ml and the concentration is 100 mg/L,the optimal dosage of Na-X zeolite is 40 mg. In addition,with the increase of initial temperature from 298 K to 318 K,the adsorption capacity of Cu(Ⅱ) increased from 125. 471 mg/g to 151. 75 mg/g,and the adsorption capacity increased with the increase of the initial concentration of copper ions. The results show that Na-X zeolite can effectively remove copper-containing heavy metal wastewater. Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were applied to describe static isotherms and constants,the data fitted well with Langmuir model; Furthermore,pseudo-secondary kinetics well describes the process which zeolites are used to treat copper-containing wastewater.
