【摘要】 国务院于2017年1月修订通过了《残疾人教育条例》。此次修订适应了我国教育事业改革发展的新形势,突出了残疾人教育对残疾人融入社会、参与社会生活的基础性、关键性作用,更新了残疾人教育发展的理念,完善了保障残疾人受教育权的各项制度。该条例的修订和实施对于促进残疾人教育,对于整个教育法律体系的完善、教育发展理念的革新,具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In January 2017,the State Council of the PRC revised and adopted the Regulations on Education for Persons with Disabilities. This revision has adapted to the new situation in the reform and development of education in China,which highlighted the basic and key role of education for persons with disabilities in integrating into the society and participating in social life,and updated the concept of education for the disabled with the protection system for the right to education of persons with disabilities improved. The revision and implementation of the Regulations are of great significance in promoting the education of persons with disabilities,as well as the improvement of the entire educational legal system and the development of concepts of education.更多还原
