我国海洋电子技术发展现状与对策

【摘要】 海洋电子技术是电子技术应用的一个独特分支,具有应用环境复杂、能源供给困难、海上信息交互和远程通信难度较大、安全问题突出等特殊性,不能直接套用其它电子技术的要求。我国海洋电子技术长期没有受到应有的重视,发展情况与国际先进水平存在很大差距,因此急需作为一个独立的门类加以研究。本文对海洋电子技术的研究意义、发展方向和推进对策做了说明,提出了一些意见和建议,希望能够加快我国海洋电子技术和产业的蓬勃发展并增强我国海洋开发和利用能力。

【Abstract】 Marine electronics technology is a special branch of electronic technique application, because of its unique problems in application environment, energy supply, long-distance communication and information security issues. Marine electronics technology can’t be improved by drawing lessons from other electronics technologies. Marine electronics technology hasn’t been paid enough attention in our country, and a big technology gay was generated between Chinese marine research and international advanced level. This fell behind situation of our country should be changed by treating the marine electronics technology as an independent discipline. In this paper, we expound the research significance, development direction and implementation strategy of marine electronics technology. For speeding up this technology ’s development and enhancing the ocean exploitation ability in our country, some proposals are put forward.
