不同保鲜薄膜袋包装对建阳桔柚贮藏保鲜效果的影响

【摘要】 以杂柑类新品种—‘建阳桔柚’果实为材料,研究微孔薄膜袋(WK微孔)、打孔薄膜袋(DK打孔)和无孔薄膜袋(CK对照)包装对‘建阳桔柚’果实在(10±1)℃下贮藏120 d保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,与无孔薄膜袋包装相比,微孔薄膜袋和打孔薄膜袋包装能使采后‘建阳桔柚’果实包装袋内保持较高的O2含量和较低的CO2含量,有利于维持‘建阳桔柚’果实进行低水平有氧呼吸,显著减少因无氧呼吸造成的果肉乙醇积累,保持较高的‘建阳桔柚’果肉可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C和类胡萝卜素含量,显著提高果实好果率,降低果实失重率、感病指数和枯水指数;并且微孔薄膜袋包装对‘建阳桔柚’的贮藏保鲜效果更优于打孔薄膜袋。

【Abstract】 ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ is a new cultivar of hybrid citrus. The effects of micro-perforation film bag, perforation film bag and film(without perforation) bag packaging on the quality of harvested ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit storaged at(10±1) ℃ for 120 d were studied. The results indicated that compared with the film bag packaging, there were higher O2 and lower CO2 contents in micro-perforation and perforation film bags, which could be beneficial to the aerobic respiration of ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ fruits in a low level, and significantly reduce the accumulation of ethanol in the pulp caused by anaerobic respiration. Micro-perforation and perforation film bags packing could also maintain higher contents of total soluble solids, titratable acidity, soluble sugar and vitamin C in pulp of ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ fruit, remarkably reduce the decay, weight loss and low water index of ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ fruits and keep higher commercially acceptable fruit rate. In addition, the preservation effects of micro-perforation film bag packaging on ‘Jianyang Tangelo’ fruits were superior to that of perforation film bag.
