生物菌肥不同施用量对鼓节竹发笋期生长和光合特性的影响
Effects of Different Application Rates of Biological Bacteria Fertilizer on the Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Bambusa tuldoides During Shooting Period
【摘要】 以3年生鼓节竹为材料,研究生物菌肥0、0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2、1.5 kg/丛共6种施肥量对鼓节竹发笋期生长及光合特性的影响,测定指标包括叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)和水分利用效率(WUE)以及光合色素含量和植株出笋量,采用双曲线修正模型拟合-光响应曲线。结果表明,双曲线修正模型拟合度>0.990 0,净光合速率先急剧增长,后趋于稳定达到光饱和点后呈现一定的下降趋势。各处理间的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和水分利用效率呈现相似的变化趋势;胞间二氧化碳浓度变化趋势则相反。净光合速率和光合参数跟鼓节竹叶片叶绿素含量和出笋量密切相关。综合来看,施生物菌肥0.6 kg/丛对鼓节竹的生长效果更佳。
【Abstract】 Three-year-old Bambusa tuldoides was used to study the effects of growth and photosynthetic characteristics of B. tuldoides during bamboo shoot development of 6 kinds of fertilizers on 0 kg/clump, 0.3 kg/clump, 0.6 kg/clump, 0.9 kg/clump, 1.2 kg/clump and 1.5 kg/clump of biological bacterial fertilizers. Leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci), and water use efficiency(WUE) were analyzed. The photosynthetic pigment content and the amount of bamboo shoots produced by the plants were measured. The hyperbolic correction model was used to fit the light response curve. The results showed that the hyperbolic model had a good fit more than 0.990 0, and the net photosynthetic rate first increased sharply, and then reached a stable decline point after reaching the light saturation point. The transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and water use efficiency showed a similar trend among the treatments; the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration showed the opposite trend. The net photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic parameters were closely related to the chlorophyll content and the amount of Bambusa tuldoides shoots produced from the leaves of Bambusa tuldoides. Comprehensively, the application of biological bacterial fertilizer 0.6 kg/clump had a better growth effect on the growth and photosynthesis of Bambusa tuldoides.
