【摘要】 目的了解佛山市儿童青少年伤害疾病负担,为开展伤害预防提供参考依据。方法以伤残调整寿命年(DALY)为测量单位,DALY=YLL+YLD,YLL根据佛山市死因监测数据计算得出,YLD根据美国华盛顿大学健康指标与评估研究所(IHME)2015年所估算中国疾病负担YLD的数据由间接法计算得到。结果 2016年佛山市儿童青少年伤害的DALY率为5.14/1 000,男性DALY率(6.17/1 000)明显高于女性(3.90/1 000),按照伤害引起的原因分类,DALY率的前3位分别是溺水、道路伤害、异物引起窒息。结论不同年龄段伤害疾病负担不同,应采取有针对性的伤害预防策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze on the disease burden of injury among children and adolescents in Foshan city, and provide reference for injury prevention. Methods Disability-adjusted life year( DALY) was used as a measurement.DALY = YLL+YLD, YLL( years of life lost) was estimated by the statistics of death monitoring. YLD( years lost to disability)was estimated by the indirect method of estimating the Chinese disease burden of YLD in 2015, according to the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation(IHME) of the university of Washington. Results The rate of DALY of children and adolescents injury in Foshan city in 2016 was 5.14/1 000; the rate of DALY of boy(6.17/1 000) was significantly higher than that of girl(3.90/1 000). Classified according to the causes of injury, the three leading rate of DALY was drowning, road injuries, and by foreign bodies. Conclusion Targeted injury prevention strategies should be adopted for different age group.更多还原
