升解通瘀汤颗粒治疗瘀血型难治性心绞痛的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis on the treatment of refractory angina pectoris of blood stasis type by Shengjietongyutang granule
【摘要】 目的探讨升解通瘀汤颗粒治疗瘀血型难治性心绞痛疗效。方法纳入瘀血型难治性心绞痛患者96例,随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予升解通瘀汤颗粒,1剂/次,1次/d口服,连续治疗4周,观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛相关评分、心电图及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1(s ICAM-1)、血管性假血友病因子(v WF)、P-选择素(Ps)及血小板激活复合物-1(PAC-1)含量变化。结果两组患者治疗后心电图改变、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、疼痛性质、硝酸甘油用量、疼痛程度评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者上述症状改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清MDA、s ICAM-1、v WF、Ps及PAC-1含量降低,SOD含量升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者血清上述指标改变更为明显(P<0.05)。结论升解通瘀汤颗粒治疗瘀血型难治性心绞痛具有较好疗效,其机制可能与抗氧化、减轻血管内皮损伤及抗血小板活化有关。
【Abstract】 Objection To explore the effect of Shengjietongyutang granules on refractory angina pectoris.Methods 96 patients with refractory angina pectoris with blood stasis were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=48)and the control group(n=48).The two groups were given routine western medicine treatment,the observation group was given additional Shengjietongyutang granules,1 dose/time/d oral,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(s ICAM-1),von willebrand factor(v WF),P-selectin(Ps)and platelet-activated complex-1(PAC-1)were measured before and after treatment.Results The electrocardiogram changes,the number of times of angina pectoris,duration,pain,nitroglycerin and pain were decreased after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),the degree of improvement of the above symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum MDA,s ICAM-1,v WF,Ps and PAC-1 were decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the content of SOD was increased(P<0.05),and the change of the indexes in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Shengjietongyutang granules on refractory angina pectoris with blood stasis had good curative effect,and its mechanism might be related to antioxidation,reducing the injury of vascular endothelium and anti platelet activation.
