外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及体液免疫指标在肺炎支原体感染患儿中的变化

【摘要】 目的探讨外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及体液免疫指标在肺炎支原体感染患儿中的变化。方法选取2013年1月至2016年12月深圳市大鹏新区妇幼保健院收治的94例肺炎支原体感染患儿(观察组)以及同期在本院进行体检的80例健康儿童(对照组)作为研究对象,所有研究对象均采用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD3~+T、CD4~+T、CD8~+T、CD4~+T/CD8~+T细胞比值,并采用生化分析仪透射免疫比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)。结果观察组外周血CD3~+T[(51.57±15.40)%vs.(59.32±19.95)%]、CD4~+T[(33.35±13.22)%vs.(39.90±15.14)%]、CD4~+T/CD8~+T比值均显著低于对照组[(1.17±0.85)vs.(1.69±0.97)],CD8+T显著高于对照组[(29.05±9.21)%vs.(24.46±9.05)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清Ig A显著低于对照组[(0.61±0.24)g/L vs.(0.98±0.45)g/L],血清Ig M显著高于对照组[(1.35±0.42)g/L vs.(1.07±0.34)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血清Ig G相比[(7.74±2.05)g/L vs.(7.41±1.97)g/L],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染患儿存在细胞免疫、体液免疫功能紊乱,这可能在疾病发生、发展过程中发挥一定的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and humoral immunity in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods January 2013 to December 2016 in our hospital 94 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children(observation group)and 80 healthy children of the same medical examination in our hospital(control group)were selected as the research objects;CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD8~+T,CD4~+T/CD8~+T cell ratio of all subjects were analyzed by flow cytometry instrument peripheral,and the serum immunoglobulin G(Ig G)and immunoglobulin A(Ig A),and immunoglobulin M(Ig M)were analyzed by transmission of biochemical analyzer. Results The peripheral blood CD3~+T [(51.57±15.40)% vs.(59.32±19.95)%],CD4~+T[(33.35±13.22)% vs.(39.90±15.14)%],and CD4~+T/CD8~+T cell ratio[(1.17±0.85)vs.(1.69±0.97)]of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the CD8~+T [(29.05±9.21)% vs.(24.46±9.05)% ]was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The serum Ig A of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(0.61±0.24)g/L vs.(0.98±0.45)g/L],serum Ig M of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(1.35±0.42)g/L vs.(1.07±0.34)g/L](P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Ig G between the two groups[(7.74±2.05)g/L vs.(7.41±1.97)g/L](P>0.05). Conclusion The cellular immunity and humoral immune function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection may play a role in the occurrence and development of the disease.
