【Abstract】 China is one of the countries with the high burden of tuberculosis(TB) in the world. The studies suggested thattype Ⅳ hypersensitivity is the main immunopathological changes of TB and the outcome of TB depends predominantly on thepatient’s immune ability. In this review, we introduce the roles of two major immune cells, neutrophils(PMN) and CD8~+Tlymphocytes(cytotoxic T cell, CTL), in anti-TB immunity, with a view to provide a basis for exploring novel avenue for TBtreatment.更多还原
