龙门起重机抗风制动动力学仿真分析

【摘要】 对龙门起重机的抗风制动过程进行了动力学仿真分析,并在分析风载荷作用下起重机制动过程的基础上,指出传统规范对风载荷下起重机制动分析存在不足,分析了失效机理。然后,运用了ADAMS软件对某型起重机抗风制动过程进行了动力学建模与仿真分析,进而验证失效机理。最后,提出原有制动力矩布置的不足与改进,为起重机相关设计规范的制定提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Dynamics simulation analysis is carried out on the wind-resistant braking process of the gantry crane, based on the analysis of the braking process of crane under wind load, it points out the analysis of crane braking under wind load has its shortcomings according to traditional specifications, and failure mechanism. Then, ADAMS software is used to carry out dynamic modeling and simulation analysis on the wind-resistant braking process of a certain type of crane, thus verifying the failure mechanism. Finally, the shortcomings and improvements of the original brake torque arrangement are put forward. All these provide references for the formulation of design specifications related with cranes.
