【Abstract】 The provincial engineering technology research centers is important components of regional innovation system,is scientific research and development entities of promoting the integration of enterprises with colleges and universities and scientific research institutions,accelerating engineering and industrialization of scientific research achievements,developing high-tech industry,promoting enterprises to become the main body of technological Innovation.
