【摘要】 供热系统中,供热、用热双方在趸售点处根据计量热量进行贸易结算,而热量的贸易计量方法多样。本文调研了黑龙江省的8家热电厂的热量贸易结算模型,分析了各模型中对失水及失水热损失的不同处理方式,并推导出一种贸易计量结算模型以合理考虑由失水热损失产生的水量、热量和水处理费用。通过实际案例对比由各模型计算的费用以及构成,为供、用热双方的贸易计量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In district heating system, heat is traded between heat producersand consumers. However, the methods of measuring the amount of heat are diverse. This paper investigatesthe measurement models of eightcombined heat and power plants in Heilongjiang province and analyzes the differentmethods for measuring water loss cost.Based on the analysis, a new model is deduced to calculatethe cost caused by water lossincluding the fee of water loss, heat loss and water treatmentrationally. Through a case study,the comparison of the cost and composition of each model provides a reference for heat trade between heat producers and consumers.更多还原
